Thank you for shopping with GET.N.THERE®. Every piece is made with purpose and attention to detail. At this time, all items are made to order to ensure quality production and a more intentional process.

Processing & Production Time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, new drops, or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or destination.

Order Updates

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. GET.N.THERE® is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help, GET.N.THERE® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
